How long does shipping take?

Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days. Standard delivery is typically estimated at 5–10 business days after processing, for an estimated total delivery time of 6–12 business days.

Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, holidays, severe weather, or other circumstances outside our control.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Yes. You may request an order change or cancellation within 12 hours of placing your order.

After 12 hours, the order may have entered processing and we may be unable to make changes or cancel it.

What is your return policy?

We accept eligible returns within 30 days of delivery.

Items should be unused, unworn, and in their original condition, with original tags and packaging where applicable. Please contact customer service before sending an item back.

When will I receive my refund?

Once a returned item has been received and approved, the refund will be processed within 15 days.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
